I have just come across the low review rating, and some negative reviews on this branch. In my experience, I have never seen or experienced the staff in Glengormley failing to provide anything other than first-class service.
Always friendly, efficient, professional and courteous, they deliver exactly what I, as a long-term customer, require. I do not understand the negativity of some reviewers and, having used other banks and building societies in the past, have no hesitation in recommending this branch.

Just had a look at some of the negative reviews of this branch and would like to contribute. In my experience I have found the staff in this branch to be friendly courteous and helpful. Any time I have deposited cash in my mortgage account I've never had any problems I have in some instances found a queue but this is normal in most of the banks and building societies I have used. If I find something to criticise I will do so but feel that I must commend good service when I encounter it and thus I've given a four star rating.

I live quite close to this bank. The organisation of this place is some kind of misunderstanding.Very often their alarm can ring all night long. It also happens during the day.They behave as if they were alone in the street.Big misunderstanding!

Rude staff, not helpful at all. Went to ask to change notes to coins so I could have lunch money for my daughter. Been told that the branch doesn't keep any coins. How is that possible? Thankfully staff from Bank of Ireland helped and I'm switching to them as Nationwide is useless. You would expect that your own bank will help you with queries like this, not going around and beg for help ?

this is a shocking building society. stuff and managers are rude. they tell you that they don't need your custom and you are keep to close your account. they put high risk customers in danger. they should be ashamed of themselves. they change there rules to get out of trouble they are in. complaints teams does see the complaint through or asked the proper questions to this branch, they are lost me as a customer.Thanks for the reply.Your complaint department dont have a clue. Tried to say everything was done right. Then when you asked questions about the answers they cant answer or wont answer
