This is our go to Nando?s. And this has become a little tradition for my oldest daughter- she loves Nando's & any time she wants to dine out it?s Nando?s. Last year on her 4th birthday we went there for her birthday dinner & when we went to order a brownie - with a candle- to bring to her- they never charged us & said it was on the house. Which was absolutely lovely & such a nice little touch & they played happy birthday trough speakers & honestly it was the cutest thing in the world.
Today we went there for late lunch & it?s her 5th birthday & she of course informed staff that it?s her birthday (she?s been telling people all day long ?) and when we were nearly finished with our food they brought us 2 tubs for fro-yo (for birthday girl & her brother) which again- was super nice touch & honestly we appreciate it so much- as these thing means an absolute world to that little person & makes them feel so much more special.
I appreciate your efforts & needless to say -we will be back , year after year! ??

Best Nando's in Belfast. Quality of food is very high. Atmosphere is clean, comfortable and relaxed. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I was looking back at my review of this place 2 years ago and had given it 5 stars. And back then, it was well deserved. What I see now is insane. Half the staff are no longer there, so it takes longer to order and have food prepared. Wait times are crazy.
But most recently, I have noticed that take out and dilveroo orders are constantly missing items. Portion sizes have shrank dramatically to the point where we now have to cook extra food, whereas before we had leftovers for lunch the next day. Prices have also gone up.
The staff are great and if your sitting in the managers will fix anything for you, but the takeout service is now a joke.

Eat here regularly staff very friendly helpful. Food very good. Manager Gemma extremely helpful always ensuring order is right and do you need anything. All staff are always pleasant and willing to help

First time in nandos, staff were lovely ,service was great, but food was such a let down for the price .The portion sizes were small , food was very bland and plain, it was bad as I heard so much about nandos .
