It's a really nice place for a quiet early morning breakfast. I went there before 8 am. The staff are polite and very helpful. Food is the usual McDonald's fare of course. Relaxing space

It was an outing for my little cousins birthday?we travelled an hour and a half to get to Belfast and after we finished golfing we went to this Mcdonald?s. YET AGAIN, Mcdonald?s has failed me. We ordered and I WAITED PATIENTLY for my food. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese (no ketchup). THEY ARRIVED WITH OUR LARGE ORDER, HANDED IT OUT, AND MY DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE (NO KETCHUP) WAS NOWHERE TO BE SEEN. NOT ONLY DID THEY FORGET THIS, THEY FORGOT MY POOR COUSINS WRAP. ?I was?devastated? quoted directly from my cousin. Our little hearts were BROKEN. Everyone was eating and we WERENT. I marched on up to the counter and waited for some service BUT NOBODY EVEN TRIED TO TALK TO ME. THEY SAW ME AND IGNORED MY EXISTENCE. I WAS FUMING. MY TUMMY WAS EMPTY AND MY HEART WAS BROKEN. After about 10 minutes of waiting, they realised their mistake and gave me the food they forgot. They also forgot my barbecue sauce. AND THE SAUCE MACHINES WERE BROKEN!

Twice I've got a delivery from here and twice they have completely missed the meal... no way to get in contact with them to arrange anything. Completely pathetic. Always missing something and they refuse to redeliver. They say reorder after getting a refund and having to repay the delivery. Madness piece of garbage place

Ordered meal and it took an ages to come and food was cold. Delivery from Glengormley. Driver picked up 2 orders, drove to rathcoole and then up to Sherwood.
Bearing in mind the food was probably waiting for him, I reckon it was sitting all in from it being ready to delivery, 20 mins.

Convinced you have to be an utter moron to work here or deliver with them. Every time I order something is either missing, cold, or else my drink is outside of the cup and comfortably mixing in with the paper bag it comes in. Ordered tonight and my dips were all missing, large Coke dripping out of the delivery bag and by the time I?d finished cleaning the mess it made in my hall and kitchen food was stone cold as was already lukewarm upon delivery. Management need to give themselves a good shake or go and work somewhere that doesn?t require standards

They over charged for the meal deal and didn't have any milkshakes as
to park outside the restaurant carpark and walk to sit in.
Parking: Delivery drivers had taken up all the free spaces forcing customers to park away from the restaurant. Madness.
