I witnessed a great Barista (Thomas) interact so positively and in such a caring way with a young man, clearly with social needs, who was ordering, paying for and waiting to collect the coffees. The staff member?s gentleness and kindness towards this vulnerable customer, who was clearly unsure of the experience, was really touching. So much so, that I asked his name. I hope Thomas serves you the next time you visit - he?s a star ??

Super shoo. Busy at Christmas. Too many self check out. I am not an employee. Need more tills with assistants. Assistants are overworked. Very patient staff.

I am a regular visitor to Costa . But want to make people aware of an incident that happened with a member of staff on the 29/10/203 . I was waiting for my drinks after paying . Was standing with other people in front of me waiting . I heard a really loud shout from behind the counter . It was the barista asking did I want milk . He was so aggressive his eyes were literally popping in his head . He shouted really loudly again was so intimidating. I had previously said to the cashier when ordering I wanted milk . I was really shocked by how aggressive this employee was to the fact I felt I should call the police . I done nothing to justify his actions . I felt very shaken and was in tears . He continued to be really patronising and said there?s your wee coffee there?s your wee tea . . I asked one of the other employees could I please speak to the manager but there wasn?t one on . This nasty individual then started shouting saying here I will get you the email and you can complain . He followed me and my son down to the seat and threw it at us . I was very shaken . My son and I frequently visit Costa because he is so unwell and no quality of life . Getting out for an hour just helps lift us both . I have never came across this before the staff are usually nice . It was a horrific experience. Also when I got home I realised I was charged twice . So instead of £16 I was charged £32 . Please be aware of this guy if you visit he obviously has issues and to me the behaviour was very irrational , His eyes were so aggressive it was quite scary

Includes stores such as Matalan, TK Max, Pets at Home, Home Bargains, Iceland etc. Large carparking spaces but few potholes. Definitely worth a visit

Good variety of stores but the carpark is crazy. Tight corners, narrow driving lanes. Be better if they removed some of the spaces and widened the driving lanes, or made it one way around the car park

We visited Matalan looking for Bathroom mats, sadly we didn't find what we wanted we did get some clothes. When we went to pay my husband had to pay cash as there were no facilities for card payments
