This KFC is good they get the food to you fast and the staff a friendly however KFCs quality in general has dropped. Their chicken burgers are far smaller than they used to be and the dont taste as good and the chips have completely changed and are horrible in comparison to again what they where before.

I was there yesterday, staff are rude, I asked for a popcorn meal for my daughter was told I couldn't have one. Only thing I could have was a 9 piece of Chicken I said okay. When I was given my food I asked do you get chips too!! They just ignored me, so when I sat down looked in bag there was no chips. So my partner had to queue to get are daughter chips. They were rude too her too. Don't know what there problem was!! but I won't be back

just back from drive through at kfc Newtownabbey and we were so impressed!! a massive well done to you all!! very well organised from the guy in car park directing cars, then next staff member taking our order on mobile phone. food was all correct and piping hot. thank you

Refused to take legal tender leaving me to have to count out change. Didn't ask what sauce I wanted on the ricebox and had customers coming back over because their orders were short. Won't be back to this outlet.
