Over priced. Food was not hot. Staff looked as if they were serving a life sentence. A lot of litter, everywhere. Untidy, lacklustre.

Ordered of just eat didn't get my order, when I rang they were pig ignorant on the phone so not only did I not get the food I ordered they blamed it on just eat but they took the money for the order and slammed the phone down, my advice don't order from this establishment

I went in to get a bargain bucket and a gravy they served others who came in after me. I went to the desk to ask had they forgotten my order. They started running around they had forgotten. I took the order home and no gravy in bag. I rang to complain and they said drive back up and get the order . I just said I am 30 mins away so I asked for the manager and was told to complain on the website . Bad service all round

Don?t bother. Only selected 1 star as think I had to select something to write the review. £35 plus spent via the KFC app for a delivery - ended up with mediocre service, attitude, missing item, cold food, slow delivery. Phoned to complain to KFC - not their problem so tell me to phone Uber directly. 20 mins wait to speak to someone and the best they can do is give me £8.99 refund and to contact KFC for any other refund?!? They get away with the crap service and quality as they make it near impossible to complain so people probably don?t bother ?????

There is always an issue. Don?t go here if you want to use your offers on the app because they will aggressively deny it as their ?machine doesn?t work? and hasn?t done for a fair while. That, along with the manners of many staff members is totally unprofessional and annoying. The woman acts like it?s your fault they can?t accommodate an order.

A women worker decided we were not allowed sit in because we said Hello to our friends eating a kebab in the seating area, we went over to order food and the women came over and said "dont be thinking because your ordering food your allowed to sit in . Then once she had went into the kitchen area she was still shouting stuff at us from the kitchen. Dont recomend.

Only 1 of the 4 orders was right, chips were very peppery, the receipt order was right but who ever boxed up on the sides got it all wrong, burgers were tasty only was to be plain and receipt was *PLAIN* but still had mayo/lettuce on it, it's wasn't busy so staff weren't rush on getting orders out.

Have not eaten here in many months was actually at asian star Chinese which is next door (5star) have a love hate r/ship with KFC the food is generally excellent as is staff and surroundings but I am upset then when ordering you have to accept KFC choice of portions which are all priced the same so as happened in the past one portion was a chicken wing/or battered gristle the other a piece of succulent breast both priced the same while not a regular occurence I would prefer to be able to choose what I eat

Staff lovely, but can't say the same for the carry out food. Coating far from crispy and far far too salty!! Chips were over seasoned and flaccid. My biggest disappointment is that the ice-cream machine has been broken down for months. Ice cream is delicious when available!! What is going on???

There was poor customer service. The guy at the counter was behaving rudely and having an attitude for no reason.
