5 stars.... Top notch quality off clothes!!! If I had enough cash I would be buying set of each item ???... I love JD like ... But I only got one downside!!! (They never usually have my size in something I'm wanting!! It's nightmare!! ?)
Soo I was going give 4 stars because that ....
Yeah I think that's fair if I take star away because they don't always have great selection of sizes....it's Always small or medium.... Rarely you'll see large and even rarer to find XL and basically impossible to get 1 XL (only options is getting it online on website.... But problem with that is you don't know exactly what it looks and feels like)... Soo could be something you didn't want but you spend over £200 on top and bottoms... Yes you can get it changed or refund but hassle that over tracksuit.... Soo it's like waste time and effort lol

Easy access. Staff all at the cash desk, not around the store. No help choosing size or options. Rather disappointing and we would probably have purchased more if help had been available

In the shop on Sunday, 2nd customer in store. Staff chatting behind counter, none on floor. Went to desk and asked for shoe size. Waited 10mins no sign of shoes or staff. Went up to another staff member and they went to look. Waited again 5 mins while the guy was with other 2 staff looking at window display! Infuriating, indifferent, bored and made to feel like your asking too much. Shop only opened at 1,would have expected a bit more life about them

Worst shopping experience of my life. The managers are so unnecessarily rude and lazy. Clothes were lying all on the floor and I slipped and the managers laughed, I nearly contemplated suing but after spending an outrageous amount of money on overpriced jackets I couldn?t afford a lawyer. DISGUSTING. Do NOT recommend. Some staff were lovely though.

Worst customer service iv ever came across. Waited 30 minutes on trainers coming to the till, I eventually ask a member of staff where the trainers were and I was told behind the till, even tho the girl at the till repeatedly told me they weren't there. The guy I asked went to the till and said the shoes are there, so I went back over and told the girl the shoes are there, she turned to look and said the shoes aren't there!! So I left the shop with no trainers, I'll gladly take my custom else where!

I had to return faulty walking shoes....the staff could not have been more welcoming, came away with my replacement....Great customer service

Staff are so miserable. Lazy. No interest in the job. No eye contact.grumpy .staff just talk to each other and the list can go on !! Do they not realise no customers no jobs! Such a depressing store. I rather shop online.
