We had not ever been on a Family holiday with our adult Son and Daughter so we called into Hays in Newtownabbey with no notion of where to go or what might suit. We spoke with Andrea first and she made a few suggestions. We settled on Dreams Hotel in Playa Blanca. Andrea and the team there, all kept in touch informing us about various important updates along the way.Their customer service was impeccable.This was absolutely the most hassle free, seamless experience I have ever experienced and our Family had, what can only be described as the holiday of a lifetime.Thank you to all the team in Hays Newtownabbey who helped us along the way and now we just need to figure how we can top that experience next year. Rest assured we will certainly be speaking to Hays again for our next trip.

Had a horrible experience with Hays, told us completely wrong informationand lied about a visa which meant we missed our flight, told us to go to Dublin there was a flight that day are tickets were there waiting for us...no nothing at all. Got us on another flight the next day, i had to give them my credit card details for new flights as they could not do it (more lies) and told us it would get sorted when we came home. They put us on the wrong connecting flight, which meant we have to pay a penalty coming home £1000. So im still out £1800, they said not their fault how did they know we would be charged a penalty. Never will i use this company again ?

My partner and I always book through Hays travel Abbey-center and I cannot recommend it enough always really impressed with the service we receive. All the girls are lovely, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Highly recommend, top notch!

We were 2 pensioners trying to book a holiday from the very start we had a terrible experience from Diane ,never looked up to say ,I will be with you in a couple of minutes , just continued on her computer, was so ignored to us , had no time for us whats so ever. We will never book with her again .
We go on holiday 4 or 5 times a year but will never book with HAYS.

Forget about the negative reviews you see, there are still some legit managers. I have tried so many managers and I got scammed until I met Mrs Rebecca Wayne, her 100% legit and reliable. I just made my 3rd withdrawal all by myself without any extra charges. This time I invested $2500 and profited $26,320.
