The staffs are welcoming, the ambience is decent, homey and serene. Prices are reasonable. Special mention to Matthew who went over, above and under ? to make sure he delivered the best customer service. From experience with other Salons, I ended up having headaches after treatment due to the heat emitted from the blow dryer / flat iron or certain movements ( e.g. brushing, pulling etc). With Matthew, I never felt my head / neck was sore or heavy. His hands were light as a leaf . He knows his craft very well. He uses the blow dryer, brush etc smoothly like an artist.
