I got my ears pierced on wed, with Alex. I have to say she was fantastic, I've had them pierced twice before, but I never felt a thing with Alex doing them. Also she has a lovely personality and so friendly and very professional. I intend to go back again and get another piercing at Xmas xx

Shannan was so friendly and made my daughter Isla feel so relaxed getting her ears pierced and so reasonably priced. Cleaning solution included too. Would absolutely recommend this service.

Incredible Service from Shannon! ?
We recently visited the Abbey Centre branch to get my daughter's ears pierced, and I just have to say ? Shannon was absolutely outstanding!
My daughter was a bit nervous (and so were we as parents!), but Shannon immediately put us all at ease. She was calm, professional, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. Her warm and reassuring manner made the whole experience smooth and even enjoyable.
Shannon took the time to explain everything, made sure my daughter was comfortable throughout, and her confidence made a huge difference. What could have been a stressful visit turned into a really positive memory ? all thanks to how wonderfully Shannon treated us.
To top it all off, the price was significantly cheaper than other places we looked into ? and yet the service was *exceptional*. Shannon absolutely deserves recognition for her work. Thank you so much!!!!! ?

My daughter Rose got her ears pierced today with Shannon.
Rose was very excited, but a little nervous....Shannon quickly put her at ease and explained all...in 7 year old language.
Would very much recommend ?
I hope H Samuel are able to recognise and reward Shannon accordingly. ?

My 5year old daughter had her ears pierced with Alex today and it was a great experience. She was so thorough and really built rapport with my daughter and made her feel relaxed throughout the whole experience. I was really impressed with the tools used the hygiene protocols and the price too. I would 100% recommend the service.

My finger had swollen and I couldn't get my rings off. I rang the shop and spoke to Shannon and she asked me to call over so that she could assess the situation and see if she could cut off my rings. On arrival Shannon put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable right away. Shannon removed both rings and whilst doing so kept checking that I was ok and not in any pain or discomfort. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. Thank you so much Shannon. I really appreciated your help.

A lovely lady by the name of Alex assisted my husband and I today and she was very patient with us as we weren?t too sure of ring sizes or what types of rings we were after. We were happy with the choices that we made and Alex ordered us the correct sizes. She explained how we could have them delivered to our home or in store, what to do if we weren't happy with the sizes, insurance that we could purchase, along with jewellery cleaning within the year for both rings. Very polite and courteous.

Had a quick look around when our son spied a Marvel watch in the display case. Waited, no one came over. Waited some more, no staff seemed available.
Whilst waiting for someone to come over, I pulled out my phone and found the same item at a 25% discount online via a different seller. Explained to my son, ordered it, and left.
We walked away having spoken to no-one, and H. Samuel none the wiser. We possibly could have been spending thousands on a ring or watch for his mother who, whilst perusing the rest of the store, was similarly left unattended by staff. No-one in H. Samuel will ever know.
