No nonsense approach here. Put your car in for repair or service. They just get on with it. Also give advice on what will need checked on next visitI've used them for several years now, and see no reason to go anywhere else.

Very knowledgeable, and excellent service. My fan belt came off my jeep on Saturday and I was moving house so was pretty stuck without a car. The guy who was working on Saturday fixed it for me promptly and even stayed abit later than he was meant to in order to fit the new one.

Very pleased with the speedy help I received from Glengormley Care Care recently. My car broke down on a country road, they organised a recovery truck within minutes of contacting them and had the car repaired and ready for me to collect by mid afternoon the next day.

Been using this garage for almost 8 years wouldnt go anywhere else the mechanics are excellent very knowledgeable and have a lot of experience never had any bother with any of my cars they have worked on and they also have good customer service skills who dont stick the arm in either.

Very professional, helpful and honest staff . I travel here from Holywood. As previous post mentions, everything is itemised on the paper bill so no hidden charges. They go the extra mile to help - I was meant to have a service on Wednesday and at short notice asked if they could take the car a day early and they were very accommodating. Best garage I?ve ever dealt with.

Great find ! Got my step daughters car rear drums fixed for a decent price (they didnt put their arm in !) Would recommended to anyone and plenty of proper ramps too ;)

The mechanic got me out of a hole. Window wipers stopped working with really bad rain and they closed in an hour when I called. Friendly efficient mechanic.

The WORST. These guys replaced my handbrake cable. The next day, it snapped, and was hanging from the car, dragging along the road. They took a fair bit of convincing to accept that they had to fix it, even after seeing the cable hanging down. Everyone makes mistakes, but the thing is: there are PROCEDURES to avoid making mistakes, when it comes to maintaining your car properly, protecting lives etc.: guidelines on how much to tighten things, crazy notions about having senior people checking what junior employees do, etc. These guys obviously don't follow any such procedures. Avoid at all costs.

I am a 7 year Glengormley Car Care regular and have to say i think they do a great job. I get serviced there, MOT checked there, i have even got my car towed to them from the other side of Belfast. I always try to get Big Chris to do the work if he is free.

I have been dealing with Glengormley Car Care for 14 years now, since I first moved to the area. They were recommended by a neighbour who had also been having his car repaired there for several years. In that time I have always dealt directly with Lawrence or John but find the rest of the staff very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Where any work has been required outside of my normal annual service & MOT check, I am always informed (accurately) of the cost and asked to authorise before the work is undertaken. The number of cars etc. which are lined up outside awaiting work every time I visit is a testament to the popularity of this business in the local area From my experiences I have had no hesitation in recommending these guys to several of my friends, colleagues and family - who have all reported that they are pleased with the proffesional, efficient service they have received
