Couldn?t recommend this place, rude uninterested staff who tell you on the phone to come back to the store to sort out an issue over very low exchange rate given, then when you go back you are told something completely different by the same member of staff and basically as good as called a liar that they didn?t say that (apparently phone calls are recorded but not shared?)and then also tell you they can?t take the money back they gave you as I could of swapped it with counterfeit notes yet they have all my wife?s details as we have used them before. We offered to leave money with them and let them do whatever checks they want but not good enough!! Apparently we are at fault if you order online you are ?65 better off, lesson learned read small print joke, but doesn?t make excuses for terrible customer service!!!Go elsewhere for a better service!!!!
