I just got my wedding ring from Ernest Jones. My online order kept getting cancelled with no explanation. I cannot describe how unhelpful online customer services were; they gave nonsensical service explanations and offered no solutions. Instead, I ended up phoning one of the stores and was lucky enough to have Sainesh in the Abbey Centre pick up. He explained what the issue with online orders may be in a way that made much more sense, helped me find the ring in one of their stores in England, supported the staff there to learn how it is shipped over, and kept me updated at every stage. Picked it up from him today and am thrilled! I cannot thank Sainesh enough! He alone brought this review up from a 1 star.

Really great Customer Service in Abbey Centre, Belfast. Sainesh knows the details to great extent. He is really good in explaining and was in no rush. He was not pushy and provided details in easy to understand manner. Good collection and reasonable prices.

We went in to the shop to ask about getting my ring resized. We were greeted by Lorraine who was more than helpful. Lorraine explained the full process and measured my new size. The costumer service was unmatched and we would definitely return when needed!

Assured twice, once at purchase, second time over the phone my ring for my 10th wedding anniversary would be on time.... Rung to check up on order, had to give order number, deposit number as they obviously had issues tracking it... Not gonna be there as promised. Severely disappointed. Will not be back.. should have realised when I went into purchase ring and another was complaining about bad customer services

I had the most wonderful experience choosing my engagement ring Ernest Jones Abbeycentre! Mandy was absolutely amazing ? warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to listen, gently guided me through the options, and helped me find the ring that felt just right. Her care and attention made what could have been an overwhelming process feel really special and enjoyable.
When I returned to pick up the ring, Mandy wasn?t in that day, but Lorraine stepped in and was just as lovely. She made the final payment process smooth and stress-free, and everything was handled with such professionalism and kindness.
I?m so grateful to both Mandy and Lorraine for making this such a positive and memorable experience. The ring is perfect, and I couldn?t be happier. I?d recommend Ernest Jones Abbeycentre to anyone looking for exceptional service and something truly special.

We were served today by Sainesh in the abbey centre store and he couldn?t have been more helpful. He was very attentive and made sure we were happy with everything before purchasing a watch.
