Gary is professional & honest, and didn?t make me feel out of place as I have felt before with other mechanics (being a girl). Prices are very fair and his customer service is 5*! My aerial disappeared while he was working on it (I was present- still no idea what happened) and he covered the cost entirely and was really professional about it. Would recommend this mechanic ?

Myself and my partner have both been to E and O to have various jobs done on our two vauxhalls, We have always been happy with the work done and I like that the communication is easy and the jobs are always done on schedule. The mechanic also takes the time to show you what he has fitted, and to explain what might have caused the issue and what he's done.
