The staff were so pleasant and helpful. They took time to sort out my inquiry and were very efficient. The range of products in the store is excellent. I ll definitely visit the store again.

Threw my toddlers teddy in the bin less than 24 hours (more like 12!) after it had been handed in. Just shows how inconsiderate, and quite honestly heartless, the staff are at this store.

This store in Newtownabbey is not as good as boucher Road, very little stock of fabrics and rugs, the place looks like it's about to close down, nothing neatly stacked on shelves, although staff very nice, just a pity it's not what I expected

Raving about their products and sale and shelves empty. We asked an assistant for help and she couldn't have been more rude unfriendly and unhelpful.

This is the place to visit if you're interested in curtains bedding and other household items.
Good stock of the above, as well as other items.
Even suitcases, batteries etc...
There is also a cafeteria upstairs , which is good for relaxing with a beverage or hot drink, whilst having a break from purchasing or browsing.

The place is huge and such a choice of products however it needs more staff.. I was looking for something that I saw on the website but could find no one to help me. Eventually, I had to get someone manning the till to leave and help, which I am sure created drama however she was lovely.
