Bought a double bed mattress waited 4 weeks and it was delivered today
When I say it was delivered it was a doorstep delivery
Now for 2 men to carry it upstairs would have cost £29 which at no time was explained to me or as one of the delivery men suggested I could bung them a few quid and they would take it upstairs for me
Really pathetic delivery service but what else did I expect from a multinational firm
Sooner we go back to independent stores the better
Absolutely no customer service

Me and my partner ordered a bed for 6 weeks later the wrong bed to be delivered, 4 weeks after that the 2nd bed was delivered and the guys from dreams built the bed wrong and the bed was damaged. Moving on 3 weeks later the 3rd bed was delivered 3rd time lucky they got it right to be offered less than 10% refund for all the hassle. Have to say ill not buy from dreams again.

Terrible service, was delivered a bed with a broken drawer and such a hassle to get it replaced, had to chase it up multiple times and asked to log a complaint multiple times and in the end they have finally delivered a new drawer but ignored my requests to log a complaint.

Called in today for information about a bed Simon came over introduced himself and left us to browse.when we were ready he took the time to talk us through different mattresses and beds his customer service was excellent and such a genuine person I would recommend Simon and the Dreams store at Newtownabbey every time
