Bought a double bed mattress waited 4 weeks and it was delivered today When I say it was delivered it was a doorstep delivery Now for 2 men to carry it upstairs would have cost £29 which at no time was explained to me or as one of the delivery men suggested I could bung them a few quid and they would take it upstairs... read full comment
