Dickson and rice is the only estate agents I'll use!! James is a gentleman and highly knowledgeable of current and future markets. He helped me sell my house and buy my new house. He has been extremely helpful throughout and always answers his phone which is a bonus. Some estate agents take days to respond but not dickson and rice! It has been a pleasure dealing with James. I would recommend to anyone looking a honest, reliable and trustworthy estate agent!!

Recently we had the pleasure of dealing with James and Deirdre when selling our house. This is the second property James and Deirdre have sold for us in 18 months and he also sold a house to our daughter and son-in-law just over 3 years ago. James?s working hours do not reflect his listed office hours, he is always at the end of the phone 7 days a week and if he can?t take your call will ring you back immediately.
