Very disappointed. I went to two stores today looking to take out a new mobile contract. In both stores (Craigavon and Lisburn) waited at least 5-10 minutes with no one at mobile counter. When asked if anyone could help me was told that that the mobile counter wasn?t opened that day. No sign to let customers know and no other staff member approached me to let me know. Very surprised as usually very happy with service. Even just a sign to let customer know so that they are not hanging about would be sufficient.

negative experience with this company. Absolutely not customer-oriented... ordered a new refrigerator for a new home. Everything was planned to receive it on time. As a result, we received a damaged refrigerator. There are two large stains on the front door. As soon as we discovered the stains, we contacted them for an exchange. Three days have passed, no news... In our new house, where we moved in, there is a damaged refrigerator that we cannot use and that is waiting for an exchange. Regarding the new refrigerator, no one can give information about when it will be... it's just some kind of horror and shame. No one apologized to us and how am I supposed to live without a refrigerator? how and where should I store products? will the company refund me for the damaged products, time and nerves?...no one bears any responsibility. we never received any information. three times we spoke on the phone about this situation and each time told everything from the beginning ... better stay away

Stay clear of their extended warranty! I bought a TV in 2009 and took out the extra cover, just in case. This cover was £5 per month and i continued to pay it as I still had the TV. earlier this year the TV started to have issues so i contacted Currys and they arranged for me to bring it to the store where they would send it away to be assessed and repaired if possible. I received a message a few days later to say that the TV could not be repaired and they would be sending a voucher to help with a replacement.I paid £495 for the TV in 2009 and £5 per month untill 2023 (£840 in premiums) and they sent me a voucher for £170. This is a complete money making scheme for this company.

The staff here were very helpful and kind! Particularly Michael who assisted me and provided advice on what TV to get, he made our experience very smooth. We need more people like this guy in customer service. Also helpful was the man who helped me and my partner out to the car with this large TV (I didn't catch his name but he was super friendly and helpful also!)

Fine, if you have researched the product you want beforehand, Curry's have the best price and you walk straight in and out again. Don't expect any expertise, knowledgeable staff or anything other than a long sales pitch about extra cover, insurance and extended warranties.
