Very disappointed! We ordered a fridge freezer and a washing machine online and paid for the delivery just to get them next day, even though other stores offered free delivery in 2 days. We didn?t receive our order on the scheduled day, and the tracking shows that we will receive it after a week!!!

Terrible experience at Curry?s Newtownabbey. Went in for a laser printer, no one was available to help on the floor, so I tried to find one myself. Discovered when I set it up that it only printed in black and white, nothing on the box said that this was the case. They refused to refund/exchange it, and were completely unhelpful because their staff didn?t sell it to me!

Never using Currys again! Would give 0 stars if it were possible. Bought a Beko Slimline Dishwasher for which we paid a delivery and installation fee. The engineer delivered it yesterday, had a look at the electrics( we live in an old stone cottage), said he couldn't fit it and the installation fee would be refunded and left it standing in the middle of the kitchen. Our electrician came and sorted the wiring and plumbed it in. It doesn't work! Called Currys and was told we had to go into the store to sort it out. Went in and were told nothing could be done as the refund of the installation fee was completed. Told us to phone Beko, but we have to pay for the engineer to come out. Sales at Currys are generally nice people but the after service is appalling! We will use smaller suppliers from now on.

Was there about 35 minutes need help don't bother waiting no staff approach. Unless you are standing and something over the 400 pounds range

the best store in ni the sales people were great letting me sit on there game chair and letting me use one of there vouchers to buy something that was expensive the nicest sales person greeted me called david he was not rude he did a cashback to currys for chrome books

Terrible customer service in mobile phones section. Didn?t purchase anything- went to someone else to get my phone. Customer advisor ignorant and lacking knowledge about products.

Went to Currys yesterday (19/5/25) to get a replacement washing machine as ours gave up the ghost at the weekend. Dealt with Stevie who quickly processed my purchase. Very happy with the excellent customer service I received and delighted that I will have my new machine on Saturday.
