Went into abbey-centre store today in newtownabbey to get my daughter her first walking shoes i was served by Maria
She was kind and patient and very helpful throughout the whole process so i could get the right product for my daughter as we are going away on holiday soon, i will defiantly be returning to this store as the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful

Fantastic customer service from both ladys ..that why I bought my boots and a cheeky small hand bag ...shanna the boots are so comfortable . Nice store. Very quiet at the moment with Covid (like everywhere). Sales assistant was very good. Not too pushy. Staff were all wearing masks and keeping their distance. Very good experience overall.
