So mean and unprofessional! I was just at the Abbey Center branch, I told the guy I wanted a red balloon with helium, it's nearly valentine's day u know, then my mom paid and was told to wait. Then he brought me a pink one instead! I told him I asked for a red one I didn't want pink and he said they didn't have any red ones left! I asked for a refund since that wasn't what I ordered but was told they cannot refund! I asked to speak to the manager who happened to be standing next to me and repeated that they can't refund or anything. When I told her I can take the red balloon that's already on display instead, she said I have to pay for it!!! That was sooo bad!
She just decided the customer has to pay for the sellers mistake! Too bad

I am writing this review for the Card Factory in Abbey Centre, Newtownabbey. From the moment I walked into the shop I sensed a friendly atmosphere. The assistant Elijah was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this shop.

Was in yesterday young girl she ask me abruptly do I not have any change! I replied no sorry, so she handed me back my 20 pound note, I ask her can you not get change she just said NO, I ask her could I speak to her manager and she wasstanding behind me, she said she was right no change , I complained and she just laughed, very unpleasant experience with very uneducated and professional untrained staff, severely lacking customer service facing ability.Drove to yorkgate and had thecomplete opposite experience, staff absolutely lovely ? ?
