The staff on Saturday were lovely even though they were very busy. Friendly service and efficient. Young girl with very curly hair was very helpful. Made a nice cappuccino. A credit to Cafe Nero.

Lovely place staff are very friendly food, tray bakes and coffee is lovely, love coming here to chill and relax plus they are a lot cheaper that Costa too and I'd say the coffee is better too. Will be back again soon.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair

When I want a coffee at the abbey centre I always go to café Nero.Way better than Costa.Better atmosphere than Costa which is loud, bright and crowded.Café Nero is more cosy and inviting.Coffee is good.

I wanted to leave a good review because every time I have been in here recently I have been lucky enough to be served by a really lovely, friendly girl named Ursula. Ursula is an amazing asset to this branch of Caffè Nero as she is not only a superb barista but she is also so welcoming, warm & friendly. It really does make ALL the difference as I had a very different experience in this branch previously when I was served a few times by the lady with the Eastern European accent named Monika (I believe she was either a manageress or at least she thought she was!) It?s a real breath of fresh air to go in there now and see the lovely Ursula as you know that, not only will you get a great coffee but also a lovely smile & genuine warmth. Well done Ursula ?? You?re a star ?? Caffè Nero, please keep Ursula ( & the other good people like her) as she really is a tremendous asset to Caffè Nero & she deserves recognition for going the extra mile.
