I ordered the awesome memphise BBQ chicken royale and was ashamed and astounded to see but a plain boring chicken royale. Not only did they charge me more for the Memphis meal the chips were cold and my girlfriend nearly choked and died due to the dryness.

The girl that served me was extremely rude she threw the food onto the tray a one of the fry?s fell out of packet onto counter top she lifted it with her bare hand and threw it on top of my food and when I asked if if I could have ketchup she threw two packs on top of food I have never ever been served anywhere by any one so rude to a paying customer

Was served by Louis ( top shagger ) food was smashing felt like I was eating in a Gordon Ramsey restaurant, if I was on death row would have a Burger King as my last meal without a doubt staff are top shaggers and would recommend to everyone

I was here last Friday the 29 th off April and I have to say the young man behind the till was amazing! There was a woman Infront off me I think 2/3 and she had not got her food yet . When I got mine she was nasty ? to the boy at the till ! and was giving out to him he kept his calm I was impressed by this. I on the other hand was not in pressed by the woman actions and did say something to her but that young man was extremely good at handling the situation

Food was standard, to be honest not much to complain about other than the fact the fries could of been warmer, however the service was excellent. There was a number of young boys working when I was being served and it must be said that every single one was courteous, polite and friendly.

All round low standards.Mediocre food, no cold drinks (yes, they forgot to replenish the fridge), the ice cream machine has been out of order for months. The staff don't want to be there, and I can't blame them.There's a McDonalds 2 mins away, much better
