This is the Burger king at Northcott shopping centre facing tescos.No capri suns, was told coca cola have none left, no sprite and no ice cream told each dispenser was broken, no onions for burgers they had ran out at 3 o clock in the day, cant use burger king app to collect order or scan to gain points at this store apparently they havent had upgraded technology required as yet and their scanners are broke anyways even if they had, I asked to speak to manager in regards to the shocking service he heard everything, came over and he said thats just the way it is theres nothing they can do, the manager actually started to laugh at this point in front of me and i dont blame him.Staff were nice enough to me but they just looked totally deflated and fed up with the place, probably answering these type of questions constantly.I would of walked out at this point but my wee lad really likes burger king every now and again, and its the closest one to our house.Food was decent enough which was surprising with how the rest of the visit went, other customers were having same problems as me wether it was ingredients or drinks that werent available and were joking about it with us and other tables.

Stay well away ? i appreciate its a rubbish job but come on.. staff are just about alive, practically grunting, slapping change on the counter when your hand is out is also ignorant, happy enough to take it out of your hand though.. kitchen staff coming out taking money then going back into the kitchen and preparing food..obviously not trained in food hygiene!!! Took ages for 2 tiny burgers and chips to appear, place was near empty and they still messed up the order.. Could be a gold mine with properly trained, friendly staff.. needs a good manager and employees over 16 years old.

Avoid at all costs , 45 mins wait staff standing looking at each other? they all seemed about 15 years old. Of course just eat and deliveroo got first....I give up and got a refund and leftNo stars whatsoever

Terrible and dishonest! Numberous times we have ordered the "Double" whopper plant based burgers from this Burger King, and on every single occasion I was given a single despite paying for the double. At this stage my family now avoid this restaurant because our orders have always been incorrectly fulfilled. How many times do we need to refuse the order, flag it with management, and ask for what we had actually paid for in order for a better system to be put in place where these mistakes don't happen?

Ordered 2 x whopper meals and asked for 3 x small king savers burgers, but told that they are not available anymore more. So, just got the 2 meals. I was called forward to pick up the order and was given 2 x whoppers, just burgers. When I said that my order was for whopper meals, she rolled her eyes and turned her back without a word being said. She then came back with chips and said "drinks". I asked for water, 2 bottles of water were set on the counter top, she turned away without a word!I said thats great, thanks very much,,,, not a word in return.The food, chips and burgers cold,,, really cold for the burgers. But the water was warm, most definitely hotter than the burgers.Service was shamefully poor.Food was well below the normal Burger King standard.

This place is an absolute joke to say the least! Placed my order and stood waiting for 40 minutes before someone turned round and asked what my order was to then say it was going to be put on now, during this 40 minute wait 2 in particular staff members were chasing each other around and in and out through the back door tickling each other te heeing and laughing the same girl was then stood at the staff door with another girl who was in charge smoking her e ciggarette and kept shouting on one individual boy to do the work for her. Myself and 3 other customers demanded refunds

Visited to grab a quick bite before work,was very disappointed with service, the burger was dry,fries were not even close to warm and when I went to sit at table I was told you can't sit in as we are closing this was at five pm when the store didn't close to six, will go to MC Donald's next time,also looking around the restaurant i was kinda glad I wasn't sitting in as the place looked filthy.

I was having lunch with my friend in this Burger King and the staff were cheeky and very Ignorant the wait took 20 minutes when we finally got our food it was cold and the drinks were warm. I will never eat here again

Calling this bunch incompetent would be a compliment. My food order was a total of 8 items. 3 items were missing and of the 5 items I did recieve 2 were wrong. Avoid unless you like to be disappointed. Note to restaurant - TRAIN YOUR STAFF HOW TO PUT A FULL FOOD ORDER IN A BAG, ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!
