I was treated very nice and kindly by Lauren and Norma when I phoned. I was given an appointment the next working day. The Dentist Ilia that looked after me was very nice and kind to me as well. He introduced me to the Dental Nurse Jasmine who was also very nice to me. Ilia gave me a filling and I did not feel a thing. He was exceptional. I have been coming to this Dental Practice all my life and have been treated very well.

Lindsay and Jemimah were very professional and kind. I had a root canal and extraction and both made me feel at ease and made the process a lot smoother. They are lovely team members and I wouldn?t want anyone else working on my teeth!

Been with the practice since 2020 and never had an issue with my previous dentist. The new dentist is not accurate, nor careful enough to sort out issues they caused by their own work. When you are not happy with their work and ask to be moved to see a different dentist you were being told straight away NO. Even when you ask to be moved as a private patient. One of the receptionist even slipped saying somebody asked the same question last week which makes me think it is now a common issue at this practice- people just want to avoid this particular dentist for her poor work. Receptionsts quite unhelpful by saying they are new. Being told mamager cannot ring me back due to being busy. Zero customer service skills. When faced with both me and my husband not being happy as we have more issues now that needs to be sorted we were simply told to leave the practice if unhappy. This is the single best advice I've recieved from this person so far and we are happy to follow through.

My wife and Icalled in yesterday to get her a form for joining as a private client..the man on the desk needs to learn some people skills soon as wee asked for the form he barked wee don't take .NHS .Nd gave us a dirty look .wee the quickly informed him my wife was going private..I've been a client hear for a couple ov years and never had any problems with the rest ov staff who do a wonderful job but this guy shouldn't be dealing with clients atoll

Ongoing discussion dentist with the assistant about other patients and what they paid.
Bleeding gums from a clean . Had to request water to rinse and tissue to wipe mouth.
Do the NHS not pay for work done?

-5 if I could stars. Had to have fillings re-done at another dentist after xray from other surgery gaps between fillings plus a difference over payments paid £120 up front when i asked about that payment i was told they couldn't find it my back said it was made to bupa. Terrible place now desire to assist customers. Won't be back as the desk staff are so rude chatting while you wait in patience for someone ta acknowledged your waiting.
