Great service, extensive scrape damage done on passenger side of the car covering 3 panels, including door handle.Went above and beyond levelling and painting more than needed to guarantee the fix was completed.Also cleaned the car before returning which was an extra nice touch.All work is guaranteed as well which is assuring. Another car crashed into my parked car damaging my bumper and parts behind it. Took it to Bumper to Bumper and they took me under their wing and sorted me out. Whole process was seamless. Got me sorted with a courtesy car and sorted everything out. Got my car back looking brand new. No hassle and not a penny to pay. Would totally recommend them. Left my car in here last Wednesday for a bonnet and roof re spray as it was badly peeling. Car was ready for pick up on the Friday afternoon.Michael was very attentive and professional, the job is fantastic so thanks again. Will definitely recommend.

Michael McVicker at Bumper 2 Bumper had a very calming and reassuring manner from the moment I drove in. Someone had just reversed into my bumper and Michael told me not to worry about a thing and my car would be ready in 2days, which it was. I would highly recommend Bumper 2 Bumper to anyone needing professional and efficient repairs. Cant highly recommend these guys enough. Back of my car was drove in2, and these guys repaired it with ease. Will definitely use again (hoping I don't need 2 lol) but know where 2 go if I do.

My fiancée got her car fixed and it looks better than new! Going above and beyond the original job. All staff have excellent customer service. Keeping prices more than affordable. You feel feel confident in their work and service! This wasn?t our first visit either, before stopping and asking for advice on a bumper that needed fixed a staff member came and did what he could to keep her bumper together until we can get a part at no charge. Brought my Partner's Seat Leon to Michael who said he could fix the dent and paint that was missing, he booked the car in straight away. Could not speak highly enough of Michael at this location on Glenwell rd in Glengormly (Opp Mc Donalds) He was able to fit me in at short notice and completed repairs to accident damage and some other small damage accrued over the years and returned my Passat looking like new. Easy to pay and quick and efficient service. This is not the first time I have used him and his attention to detail and expert finishes endure me to him. I would strongly recommend him.
