I was in B&Q on Friday night and was struggling to find a suitable paint which would allow me to paint the tree house I built for my son as a surprise as he has been away for the past week. At a busy time Sarah was very helpful and I was able to pick a colour that my son was very happy with after finishing it yesterday.

I would like to raise awareness of how terrible my experience was at your store in Newtownabbey I approached the store three members of management staff were smoking cigarettes at the front doors as I processed to shop around the store there was very little staff around and when I had finally found a member off staff they were very rude and seemed to have an attitude regarding my enquiry I was disgusted by the treatment and just wanted to leave so I proceeded to the tills, I have an son with severe autism and I was furious on the looks I received by the security guard I wish I had gotten his name but he needs to look for a different career and the company he works for needs to investigate his work he proceeded to treat me as a criminal and when he found nothing wrong he told me to hurry up and leave I will not be back I think IKEA treats there customers with a bit more respect less than criminals

I Visited the store to pick a new set of kitchen taps. Andy/Andrew in the kitchen department was extremely helpful. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He had the patience of a Saint, answering the many questions I asked him. He is a true assett to the team!

Toilets have been closed for the past year, they clearly do not value their customer's needs.
If you got to go number 1 or 2, I guess the shop floor is acceptable to them.

Would just like to recognise a man on last night around 7pm with dark short hair and a beard. He cut about 26 pieces of MDF board for me, all different sizes and perfectly done do the millimetre. He is a true asset to the team. Thank you.

Went to B&Q to get a color. I had an old color which was running out. Took sample of that old color and B&Q color guys were able to mix color and generate exactly same color. It was perfect. Option of type of finish is great as well. One could choose matt, shine etc. Highly recommended ? ?

Every time I go to the store I have to deal with the staff discusting attitude by the self checkout. Yesterday I ask for help ,been looking for Car fuses, and the lady said oh cat fuses we don't have in store. She even ask through the microphone some coworkers do we have cat fuses? I just watched her attitude in silence, thinking how she make her self look stupid . Just discussing people , avoid the shop if you can.
