What is the point of Argos anymore? What is their Unique Selling Point? Check to buy something and you can order it for collection in 2 days, nothing makes Argos stand out anymore. No issue with staff BTW. I give it 5 years.

I encountered a problem with my Vax Spot Clean Duo vacuum cleaner. Within 30 days of purchase, the company promptly accepted my return and replaced it with a different brand wet vacuum machine.

Went to collect 11 items, but gave me to had everything on my phone to show them. Like common sense doesn't exist with some people. I showed them everything on phone. It clearly said on my phones item ready to be collected, not even a sorry when it eventually got sorted. I know its a busy time of year. I had everything i could get for them still a big mess around

Very poor and unprofessional customer service from the staff, they wouldn?t accept my return in original packaging so had to travel to different store that accepted the item no problem. Won?t be purchasing at this store again

Needs new female manager.Brought broken TV screen back on Boxing day.And manager side we broke it.Having to take to small claims Court now.Argos has lost our custom will never shop in it again.Would of given 0 stars if it was option.

Staff were very unhelpful when it came to resolve a mistake caused by their own incompetence. Ended up having to contact the manufacturer to get resolved. Will take my business elsewhere in future.

Visited 18th Sept after 8pm, young lady on the counter provided excellent customer service..very polite and friendly..got the item I needed (drill) quickly and efficiently
