I can't recommend Georgia, Gary and the team at AEC Motors highly enough. Georgia, in particular, was brilliant, offering some of the highest standards of customer service I've experienced in a long time.Georgia handled my queries professional, is extremely knowledgeable and understanding. Avoid these guys at all costs. They had my car for over a month, avoided calls, different excuse Evey time they were called and ontop of that charged for work that was never included in quote. One word cowboys!Also to add, they failed to reconnect parts of my car and when they were challenged on this, Arthur came back with the biggest load of dribble I have ever heard.

Left in my car for a service and thought they were excellent. I've done business with numerous garages over the years and AEC are one of the best to deal with. The price I paid was the price quoted, communication was good while the work was ongoing and my car was ready when they said it would be. Couldn't ask for more.Services: Brakes

Left car in for starter motor to be replaced. Didn't contact me with quote before work when I rang they told me they where having trouble and price would be more. Asked why I wasn't contacted response was do you want us to take out the work we done. So the left my car on a street with battery laying in back I had to have car towed home. Nightmare of a business and so rude.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

** Update based on garage?s response.Failed to fix car, further damaged car, after receiving negative feedback refused to do any further work on car. Childish and unprofessional.** Firstly, additional work was undertaken we have the invoices to show this. We booked in the car because the engine management light was on, it is still on, after they had our car for 8 days - for what they described as a 4 day repair.The car was rebooked with AEC by the advise of the RAC as the original issue had not been addressed and the additional damaged needed repaired.The additional damage was the failure to properly attach the engine under tray which came off as we drove home on the motorway. Brilliant customer service from requesting a quote through to being kept updated during the car service and the return of my car. My car was collected in the morning and returned again in the afternoon. Very happy, would definitely recommend.
