Got here early to get a couple weeks worth of groceries. Go to checkout and they won't open a lane so I'm forced to use self checkout with a full cart. After about 5 minutes of scanning errors I just left the cart there and told them have fun putting it all back. The complete lack of courtesy and customer service is blood boiling. I will not be back.

Arrive early to do the weekly shopping beat the rush only to find no manned tills open. The level of frustration to use the self service check out with a weeks worth of shopping would test anyone.

Love is a strong word, but it has all the essential items and a good range. Prices are good and lower shelf items are just as good as any other ie lidl. Beer selection is the best in town and vant beat 3 bombers for 5.50 deal ?

Arrived on Sunday 10 minutes before closing time where a staff member and a security guard were turning people away.People were still coming out of the store so I ran over to go in, planning to be no more than a minute at most when these two staff members greeted myself and another potential customer very bluntly to explain they were closed. I tried to explain that I needed a singular item, I knew exactly where to go for it and they declined me absolutely, explaining that ?everyone is at checkouts? how he knew this standing down a flight of stairs when people with entire shopping carts were still exiting I?ve no idea.I?m not naive, I understand staff want to get away early but when they?re shutting early and greeting people so rudely then frankly, I?ve no sympathy.I frequently stay behind a few extra minutes if a customer needs help in my own job, I?d generally expect anyone, especially those representing such a significant organisation would take a semblance of responsibility, especially if they?re closing early.First time coming to this Tesco, really have no intention of returning if that?s how staff behave because they?re on the last 10 minutes of shift.
