Hello, I give it four stars because I went yesterday to help my friend pick up the phone. The help was great during the contract, but we didn't have the PAC code. We came back today. There was another salesperson, very rude, because my friend doesn't speak English, so I went as a translator and he said he doesn't talk to me because he doesn't speak English. the contract is not in my name and that's why he had problems, and yesterday's salesman didn't see any problem with me helping my friend as a translator
