I choose to attend Specsavers in Newry as the opticians really know their stuff . They previously diagnosed me with having had a stroke which even after a week of numerous visits to A&E and a scan the hospital couldn't tell me! The opticians explain everything and put your mind at rest and all the team members are patient and helpful. Thanks team Newry.

I went to Specsavers as i had Floaters and flashing in my right eye. My Mum had Glaucoma so i was thinking the worst. From start to finish everyone was lovely... Especially Kerri... she was very reassuring and sent me to the Royal thank god all was well. Kerri only for you and your caring nature ringing me and being there i wouldn't of got through this ... your a absolute lady ... thank you so so much for all your help... i highly recommend this service.. its brilliant...???????

I needed a check up on contact lenses and the staff were excellent in getting me an appointment. My optician was called Will and he was patient, very knowledgeable, extremely professional and friendly. His service was exceptional.

I ordered and got Varifocal glasses but found that I just could not get used to them so I went back to store and honestly , the staff were brilliant, trying to accommodate me. Nothing was too much trouble for them, so I'd like to say a big 'Thank You' to Lisa, Chris, Johnny and Charlene for all their help.

Booking an appointment at Specsavers Newry couldn?t have been easier?quick, straightforward, and hassle-free. From the moment I walked through the door, I was met with a warm welcome and a team of staff who were the epitome of professionalism. Every member of the team was courteous, efficient, and clearly committed to providing a high standard of care.
A special mention must go to the optician who carried out my eye assessment. Her wealth of knowledge and calm, reassuring manner immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain each step of the process clearly, answering any questions with confidence and clarity. It was evident that I was in expert hands.
Overall, a seamless and reassuring experience. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend Specsavers Newry to anyone looking for expert eye care delivered with genuine professionalism and care

The optician detected an anomaly behind my left eye and referred me to a consultant. She said I could see the consultant at Specsavers Newry saving me a trip to Belfast and although she said I may not get an appointment for up to six weeks I got an appointment 5 days later! Excellent service.
