I was staying with friends in Warren point for a few days and thought get some stuff from here as I live in co mayo and the same products are more expensive. Got some of the products very quick but some I had to wait for by the time the products were due to get to the store I would be back in co mayo. So I went in and said can I cancel this order yes that's fine but was told by the worse manager I've ever encountered in a screw fix I would need to come back to the store with my BOI card to get the refund I said but I live 3 hours away well I can't give you the refund without the card but I could have a store credit instead I said ok I will look around to see what I want for the value of the refund we chose items which came to 10 pounds more of what I was owed and the stupid woman said no you can't have those items untill my original items came into the store a truly dreadful unpleasant unprofessional store manager and is quite thick as she doesn't understand the company's policy's on returns. So rang customer service and hey presto could give me a refund within 5 minutes this woman should not be the manager. Maybe the cleaner might be better choice of her role

Drove one errand to buy item listed as in stock to be told at the counter they never stock the item and has to be ordered. Useless place - will never be back
