Nice guy and very experienced at what he does, talks sense and knew my limits so not to push me so hard to turn me off the whole thing. Could not recommend him enough. Gym is top notch too and facilities are brand new and well maintained.

This is the fitness class Newry has been waiting for, Damien is a true professional, his ever expanding class numbers say it all. You won't meet a nicer guy or more welcoming team of trainers. Check out their website too, it is as equally professional as the Rite Fitness set up, got some lethal deals on it, even cheaper... read full comment
