The only reason I joined Pure Gym was because I wanted to better my life. When i started I was faced with people who smoke vapes and walked around like they owned the place.

?The gym is packed with a good quality equipment, a lot of cardio machines and cable setups and a solid range of free weights.
????The layout makes the most of the space, with a dedicated large studio and a cool, compact spinning zone.
?Big shoutout to Ryan and Vlad, who were super friendly on the day I walked in, full of energy, and ready to help with anything. They made me feel right at home!
?Good security system for walking in & out. I found in the PureGym app a QR code so I don?t need to use the long code to walk in.
?The music and overall vibe is spot on.
?Only one big issue I had and that was with the sign up system. Something went wrong where I paid yet I didn?t receive any pin and it took me 2 days to actually fix it.
?The online customer care can be reached through social media channels, which is great, but they do not respond back quickly, it takes half day to respond to one question. A lot of people complain even on social media that they are still waiting for a reply.
?After 2 days trying to solve my access I gave up on waiting and drove to Newry and walked to the gym premises and used the buzzer outside to talk to the manager and another team member.
?Both guys made me feel welcome and sped up the process. The same day it was resolved.
??That experience of online chat was extremely frustrating and PureGym should really work on that part.
??Yet this review is for the gym itself and I must give 5 stars.

Top gym, clean and tidy with friendly helpful staff, could do with few more machines etc for back & chest, only one area for deadlifts & limited selection of weights in that area

A bit tired of teens and some adults holding up the machines because they decided to gossip with the gym buddies or over the phone , and they should introduce dress code
