DO NOT BRING YOUR CHIKD HERE FOR A FISH. I brought my child here to buy a goldfish. They have kids tanks £50. Big enough for a gold fish. They wouldn't sell us a gold fish or the tank they wanted us to buy a huge tank for one gold fish and refused to sell us the fish or kids tank which is big enough. My daughter was so disappointed and what's the point of having these things you cant buy them? I ended up going to pets center in Dundalk got gold fish no issues and tank!!

Arrived at 6:40pm on a friday to collect my order and they?re closed. Drove 40 minutes to get here. No updated opening hours on google and I got an email this morning to say my order was ready to be collected and the opening hours say they?re open to 8pm on the email.

We have had the best experience with this store. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We recently purchased gerbils and , in particular Seorsha was extremely helpful. We have been in a few times while thinking about the purchase and she has taken the time to explain the care of the animals we were buying and was also there on the day when we purchased them and she completed the whole set up. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

Highly disappointed when I walked into the store that at this day and age, they are selling animals bred to be sold at their stores. Why would you continue to be a part of the problem instead of working with local rescues and shelters who are struggling to adopt their RESCUES out? I will not step foot in another pets at home until they show actual consideration for animals. Disgusting.
