I am very happy with this pharmacy. The service is excellent, they respond quickly to phone calls, and the staff are always friendly and informative. Others could truly learn from the way they treat their customers. Highly recommended!

Rang to order prescription which they have on file 90mins before collecting .Travelled from Dublin only to sit waiting 20mins while she looked for prescription.As she was looking through paper work it is obvious prescription not upload to computer .
Rude staff all 3 of them when asked why delay. Passing the blame onto a non existent 4th person .
No apology for delay .
This comes after 2 weeks ago again phoning ahead from Dublin only to be told there was no prescription on file till I told her to go look again . And then she found it .

I went to Mc Nallys which have previously before for to buy emergency supply of ventolin inhaler for my son with autism. I was refused and even said get doctor fax a script next morning as was emergency no good. And told ring out hours I said be hours before get call back. I went to another pharmacy lovely staff and no problem at all didn?t have to pay they notify my doctor as an emergency supply. Very unhelpful especially when explained we had Covid 1 month previous. I would be taking up a call to a doctor which someone else might needed no wonder doctor and nurses are over worked.

just stood in this chemist for the best part of 15 minutes not one person came to me was near like I was a ghost, person walked out just before I did cos no one came to her either .

Very efficient pharmacy in Newry, and generally has better availability for meds than most in the area.
