Thank you to Ben today who provided excellent customer care when I attended to collect a prescription. Ben was the only counter staff who made the effort to ensure I was getting served.When he realised I needed assistance he gave 100 Percent and carefully listened to my request.

I have had multiple injuries and surgeries including spinal fusion, pins and screws in both my legs. In alot of pain so I'm prescribed dihydrocodeine and paracetamol in a pharmacy in lisburn. I ran out this morning and wanted something to help the pain especially in the colder weather. I was refused co codamol tablets because I usually take Codeine. Was shocked and didn't make sense.

Very expensive was charged 14 pounds for estradot patches that I was able to purchase elsewhere in Newry in the medical hall and mckeevers pharmacy for 9 pounds 60 so would not recommend

I would have been lost without Gemma and her knowledgable team, my daughter has recently been so sick for months, going back and forth to doctors and within 3 days Gemma, Lorraine and Nicole had my daughter back to herself again. Nothing was a hassle for the McCartans team, they took all my phone calls, arranged for an intolerance test and the aftercare was great.
