Ordered and paid for Velux windows, they were not ordered by shop. After contacting them re windows they error was rectified but I had lost my roofer at that stage delaying process further. Windows took much longer to come in due to Brexit at the time. When windows were fitted I was informed that domes were missing for the tops of them. Rang shop spoke to the person who ordered my windows re domes. He agreed that domes could be fitted to windows. I ordered recommended domes at cost of approx 600e to find out they were not the product I was looking for. Incompetent. Cannot get refund/exchange.

Went in to buy a post box. The price sticker on the item said £33.99 but when i went to register i was told the item was £40.00. I then explained to the ignorant staff member that the item must be sold at the price on the item which he replied he would sell it at whatever the till says and no less. I then asked to speak with management which there response was " maybe the price sticker fell onto the item from top shelf" and shrugged his shoulders.I then left without the item. This business owner needs to read up on the laws of selling items at the displayed prices and not making up a price at the cash register.
