“The staff in the b&q newry store were extremely helpfull to me not once or twice but three times in d past wk and especially aidie who wrks probably in all departments but mostly in the hardware electrical and plumbing area. His knowledge is outstanding and nothing was a problem for him. I hope the management realise how gd of staff they have and they are recognised and praised. Aidie was helpfull polite and but most of all he advised me in the right direction. I am more than glade to write this review when somebody deserves a compliment and recognition. Well done aidie. “Excellent online service. We ordered a weber Genesis II E 310 on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday. I spoke to someone to make sure that it would be delivered before Friday - they processed within a few minutes and delivered in less than 48 hours. The delivery was by pallet due the thecsize and weight. The delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful.”
