I donated some good quality goods to this store only to see a second hand furniture dealer selling them in his shop a few weeks later. When I inquired one of the volunteers told me that the manager in Newry reduces the prices for second hand dealers, who can be observed driving off with van loads of stuff.If that's true, I don't think I'll donate anything else while they continue this policy.It's a pity because these shops really help reduce waste and help people get affordable second hand goods. But if it's not being passed on to customers it defeats the purpose.It should be for retail customers only.

Things used to be affordable for the most part,I donated many pieces of furniture thinking that it would help some people, don't think the people I would be hoping to help could afford some of the prices now.

It's a second hand furniture store, not quite as big as a football pitch.Some items were in very good condition, others needed some degree of restoration. Ideal for a landlord to avail of affordable furniture, a bargain hunter, or pick up something nostalgic.
