I picked up a pizza this evening and was about half way through it when I saw something bright blue peaking out of the dough. I took a closer look and saw it was plastic - when I pulled it out of the dough I discovered it was a sticking plaster/band aid - see photos!
I called the branch and they immediately said they didn?t think it was a plaster and asked me to bring it back to the shop.
When I did, they denied repeatedly it was from their store and told me I could have a refund or another pizza.
I told the member of staff (Josh) again that it was literally BAKED INTO the dough! He denied this and so I asked where he thought ot had come from.
Again he said it wasn?t from that store. So basically accused me of putting it there for a refund?
I feel physically sick after finding that plaster and then to be all but accused of putting it there for the sake of a £10 refund? Absolutely vile.

Ordered pizza for my elderly mum to arrive at 9pm when I would be there. Pizza arrived at 7:45 before I arrived. Had to ask delivery man to leave pizza at the door. My very elderly mum then dropped the pizza after getting from front door. Wouldn?t have thought it was that hard to deliver on or even near to time.

Get pizza here most Sundays as they have a really good deal on. However this time they got the toppings wrong on one. They were very busy however. Very delicious pizza, best
