“Excellent Service. My mum and I had appointments booked earlier this week, unfortunately another appointment ran late so had to call and explain. Very helpful reply and were told to come on over when ready and would try see us both ASAP but if not could give us a later appointment in the day. They seen us straight away. Eye test was very thorough and everyone was helpful and profressional. Special shout out to Chris, he definitely stood out to myself and parents. He was very knowledgable, warm, funny and genuine. We had also noticed his lovely manner with an elderly woman before us. Find it rare to get good service lately, but this was exceptional. Asset to this store!!”
