Came to this place looking to get a ring for a man with really thick fingers, the girls could not have been more helpful, they had patience, great knowledge and able to build a rapport with their customer. An understament to say they treat you like royalty also with warm familiarity. Shout out to Tina, Guela and Roisin. Thanks for the experience.

Roisin was absolutely BRILLIANT helping my partner pick my perfect engagement ring, so patient and professional. Her knowledge and attention to detail is outstanding as my partner knew my ring size and Roisin persuaded him to go a size up (as my band is thicker) and thank god she did as it would have been too tight otherwise! The fit is absolutely perfect! We went back in together after the proposal and she was over the moon for us and even showed us wedding bands! Would recommend this place to anybody! Thank you so much Roisin! And will see you again when the big day is coming ?

Had went into the store to get a ring resized, Tina was very friendly and helpful and managed to find the same ring which was the correct size, she completed the receipt details quickly, gave the new ring a quick clean and my partner is very happy as we thought we would have had to send the ring away for a while to be resized and we left within 15 mins with the new ring

we got our wedding rings in the Newry store about 8 weeks ago and the experience was brilliant which is why we called back today ..we where greeted with a warm welcome by Tina ..she was bubbly chatty and helped us so much ...customer service you don't see much of these days just seems to come natural to Tina we will be back soon ..thanks Tina x
