Unfortunately can't seem to properly diagnose or fault find, so throw parts at your vehicle each time without rectifying the issue and still want you to pay up. Vehicle was pulled out of dealership after constantly getting no where and throwing parts to be taken to another independent garage and repaired and back on the road in an hour. Would rather they just hold their hands up and say they don't know what it is. Madness.

There is a lorry cab parked up every Evening on a slip road not a lorry park this has been reported to the company. The slip road is to businesses and the lorry is causing issues This is on the embankment in Wellingborough uk

From the very first inquiry about this truck ... through the sale ... the body shop....the maintenance.... the attention to detail... the after care ... and renegotiation of the new service contract as she?s now 2 years old with virtually 270,000 trouble free kms ... even today with a break down on one of our older Volvos .... they couldn?t have been more helpful and sourced us second hand parts to keep the cost down. As an owner operator.. Time is money ... and money is hard to come by... the productivity of the truck is kept to a maximum at all times .... just another reason why Volvo is my No 1 brand of choice... and with Dennison to back it up , it makes my decision?s very easy VOLVO EVERY TIME ??
