Curves is the best, love the place. Always something going on, the coaches are very inspirational and always help push you so you can achieve your best or even have a friendly chat, couldn't recommend it highly enough ? They really take care of you in there and I can't see myself moving to any other gym.

It's a brilliant ladies gym. You can feel your muscles working. Also one feels totally safe. There is more than the minimum of the 2 metres required and the girls are always cleaning. Why not give it a try you will feel safe

I attended Curves to help with knee pain.
I can honestly say that it has done me the power of good and I would recommend it to anyone. Sharon and her team work hard to keep us ladies motivated and pushing ourselves to be the best we can be. It?s not about skinny ladies in leotards. It?s about real women working at their own pace and doing the best they and feeling supported in doing so.
Give it a go. You won?t regret it.

Always enjoy my workouts, coaches really encourage and motivate you to keep going and give that little bit extra! 3-4 30 minutes per week and zero change in lifestyle saw me lose weight and inches.
