Disappointed by the level of customer service I received. The staff I encountered were dismissive, avoided engaging in conversation, and did not make me feel welcome. Very disrespectful.

Very poor customer care, when one walks in there is never any staff available to help, staff always seem to congregate around one computer talking, I have left the premises on several occasions without one member of staff speaking to me

It has to be one of the worst Curry's in NI. Can't try on the watches, and the Garmin watches aren't even charged so that you can get a look at the actual display.

I recently bought the VAX Revive carpet cleaner from here, and I had a great experience. Joshua was extremely helpful and attentive ? he took the time to explain all the features clearly and made sure I was comfortable with how it works. Really appreciate the excellent customer service!

Ibought a soda stream from Newry branch in Dec 2023. Since then I have visited the Newry store on 4 occasions to purchase a replacement cylinder. They had a replacement on first occasion and none since.On each occasion I ask the same question do you not stock these anymore and I am given the same answer yes we do but they are sold as soon as they come in. You will get one in Sainsbury's which is same as Argos their rivals. You couldn't make it up PATHETIC SERVICE

Highly recommend this store . Excellent customer service. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Especially Joshua he went that extra mile to get me what I wanted. I drove for 2 hours to get there. But I will definitely be back. Thank you.
