Helpful friendly staff, lovely coffee and cakes in a relaxed atmosphere

Just excellent. Such a lovely warm environment to be in. Will be thinking about the experience I had here for a very long time. I was served by a girl with long brown hair, what a lovely young lady she is.

Never felt more welcome in a mainstream coffee place before. I was greeted at the counter by wonderfully attentive staff who are cheerful and friendly. Most notably a young woman with glasses and older man who is very chatty. Manager is doing a wonderful job.
