Because of my work in Newry I have to go to Costa at least twice a week. Everything is good except for the staff, whose behaviour is very bad, especially with foreigners. Because of that, I started looking for an alternative.

Have been going to Costa for a few years and love their coffee even though it's more expensive than other places. Unfortunately over this last 2 months every single time I go the coffee is nearly cold, I asked once to get it heated but it's not as nice as getting a fresh hot coffee. Sad thing is I'm going to have to find a new cafe as I will not be paying for cold coffee anymore.

Ordered food and coffee, coffee came straight away, however I have to wait on my food, which made my coffee cold, complained to a blonde girl behind the counter but she wasn't interested.
If you order food & a hot drink, they come at separate times, and while you wait on the food your drink gets cold

Hi, I'd like a cup of coffee and one of your dried out cherry bakewells. That'll be 4000 euro, please, thanks. This place is too overpriced in comparison to more local options. The food menu is cheap airport type food. The interior is lacking also. Not a fan of this Costa coffee or many others like it. Also, many of the baristas don't hear the word "decaffeinated" for some reason.
