Would not recommend. Very impersonal. Guy I spoke to gave me litreally seconds on the phone and was told I'd get a call back. Never happened. Called back same thing they will not stay on the phone for more than five seconds the guy we spoke to was very cool and wanted nothing got to do with my query. Went with Jet two in the end. Alot more friendly.

Rang to ask for travel advise and before I hardly spoke I was told they wouldn't give me travel advise, I was not even asked if I was a customer! 10 second call was very unprofessional not to let a customer speak.

Worst customer service I've ever received. I think you seriously need to review your employee Tim's customer service training, you had been highly recommended to me and i can now honestly say that ill not be recommending you to anyone after dealing with him. I cant imagine giving the service i received to any of my customers. You've lost my custom anyone else i speak to. Cant help feeling you wont be concerned though as maybe you are too big a company for city breaks as their less money, or maybe your not aware your employees are picking and choosing your custom for you as they must only want to deal with more expensive holidays to get higher commission? Unfortunately i had give you a star, theirs no option for none.
